Dividend reinvestment plan
In May 2009 Perpetual announced the introduction of a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for Australian and New Zealand based shareholders to allow the group to pursue investment opportunities and continue to maintain Perpetual’s strong and flexible balance sheet. Participation is optional.
For further information, please refer to the booklet which outlines the key features, together with the most commonly asked questions and answers. The Rules provide more detailed information on its operation. Shareholders interested in participating should contact our share registry to obtain a personalised application form:
